Ever wonder what those sexy reality TV stars do to get so lean and fit? The answer: lots and lots of exercise! Access Hollywood recently interviewed famous Jersey Shore “guidette” girl Jenni Farley (aka JWOWW) and asked her about how she’s getting super-fit for her upcoming wedding with muscle-head boyfriend Roger Matthews.
She said she’s eating very healthy, taking good diet supplements… and working out on her own TreadClimber at home! According the the fitness model-lookalike:
“I just started doing cardio in the morning before my first meal. I either do 30 minutes on the Tread Climber or I jog two miles. Then, at night I lift weights.”
Wow… for real. 30 minutes of higher-intensity, low-impact cardio exercise — in the comfort of home — versus a 2 mile jog outside? We’ll take the convenient and much more “painless” TreadClimber workout almost every time! 🙂
Jwoww also says she’s cutting back on high-calorie foods like bread and other wheat products, as well as dairy products, in her quest to lose weight and look as sexy as possible on her wedding day. According to her, good genetics allows her to maintain that flat stomach and those sexy six-pack abdominal muscles, but she still has to work hard to keep the flab off her arms and face.
She also takes a new weight loss supplement called “Ab Cuts Sleek & Lean” which she’s actually paid to endorse. Some quick research reveals it to contain a mix of conjugated linolenic acid (CLA), rasberry ketones, omega 3 fats, herbal extracts, vitamins, and amino acids. According to Farley:
“Taking two a day just makes me feel better. The natural ingredients, including CLA, Omega 3-6-9 and Flax Seed Oil, are amazing for your body and play such an important role in my healthy lifestyle.”
Very interesting… and definitely a healthier way to lose body fat than the HCG diet she used to be on!
No word yet on whether or not Farley’s TreadClimber is one of the new WalkTC versions or if Vinnny, Pauly D, Snooki, the Situation, or any of the other Jersey crew joins her during her calorie-burning exercise sessions.
